Panagiopoula of Kastaniani

The visitors to the village who will follow the path across the bridge of Malnitsa will encounter on their way the picturesque chapel of Panagiopoulas, built in 1793. The wooden carved ceiling, over the years suffered damage while in the courtyard of the church are kept cell residues where the pilgrims used to spend the night on the eve of the feast (September 8).
