Saint Christoforos of Kastaniani

The chapel of St. Christopher was built before the war in Ntoumpa position. During the Occupation, it was destroyed by fire and renovated by costs and personal work of the villagers. Every year on the feast day a blessing of the water takes place and the villagers sprinkled with it the trees and the vines to protect them from locusts and hail.
